Coming to Canada had been a dream since my sister moved to Ontario in 2018 and with complex issues in my profile, I wanted it to be handled by a professional who knew what they were doing. I have been trying to apply for my mothers visa since 2010 and having been denied four times, it seemed hopeless as I thought she might never be able to visit my son and I here in Canada. I even seeked help from my local MP's office with no success.
I had exhausted all the resources i know and i was ready to apply again. I decided to look for someone to help me with the paperwork as I was heavily pregnant and had no energy to do it myself. I came across Magnetic North Immigration Services Inc and messaged her to see if she could help me. I knew my case would be difficult as I was dealing with several refusals. I explained this to Jagruti and she was very transparent and honest regarding my situation. She didn't make any promises regarding my case and she was upfront about this. At first I was skeptical as I had paid a lot of money previously to lawyers to help me get a visa for my mother. Mind you, Jagruti was not the first consultant I had spoken to. I had done my research and eventually felt comfortable with her as I sensed she knew what she was doing.
We did all the paperwork and she worked really hard to make sure everything was done to the T as to minimize our chances of another refusal. She kept in constant contact with me and explained everything before she did it. After a few months processing time, she sent me the best email ever notifying me that my mother, whom I hadn't seen in over 10 years, was approved for her visa.
